The shipping took an okay amount of time but FedEx was terrible and constantly delayed by package all the way up to 14 day before I finally received updates, I had to contact Harumio to pressure FedEx. Overall Harumio was great and their customer service was well and my package came as promised.

I placed the order June 12th (pretty sure) and it arrived July 9th! If you’re worried about stuff being broken none of mine was broken, even the little tiny parts. The boxes were a little damaged and some of the bags were opened but I have no complaints, what happened was likely in production and in shipping. All is great aside from the fact I got a duplicate Ivan photo card… if you can tell by looking at Till or Sua’s they have 2, like Ivan should, but I got the same one… EITHER WAY TILL AND LUKA MY BABIES

My package came in damage… It seemed like no effort was made to protect the product I purchased. Not the mention, the paint on the Till figure was smudged, some of his hair color was splat on his mask. But overall, the others were completely fine.

The box was quite damaged on the outside (the box had fallen apart to the point that the contents could be seen from the outside), and the box on the inside was dented quite a bit as well. The only visible defect I saw was a scratch on one of the figures' heads. I was slightly disappointed by the wait time, but I’m just thankful the package finally arrived after so long. The figures and photocards look great!

The blind box came with the figure, star-shaped stand, and 2 photocards as well! I love Till so much and I’m super happy I got him. Such a well detailed mini figure, however if you are buying from here just know that the shipping is quite expensive and it can take a while to deliver (mine took about 6 months).
