sua's wing got broken in her box but i was able to glue it back on easily enough, and there's one tiny printing issue on the bottom part of her acrylic stand. otherwise no problems at all theyre all super cute and i love them so much. got sua's photo card as the full set bonus funnily enough, she's so cute and pretty

I love them so much, great quality! Just a little odd paint of some of them !!! Till did come with his head detached from his body but that wasn’t haurmios but the people in charge of making it. I did get a new till figure! So that was nice! If your wondering where till and Ivan are, they have their own shrine and it’s too big for me to fit them in the frame

The figures are so cute, I love it! Just one wing of Sua is broken and the box was very damaged, but I think it's the delivery men's fault. Other than that, everything arrived well, very nice photocards and the quality of the figures was excellent.

Everything came in good condition; however, some of the figures present slight manufacturer defects(a small stain, maybe a bit of plastic residue, etc.), nothing terrible. Overall, they look great and are very, very cute!!!

While it took a month to be shipped, it was worth the wait. It's really official merch, every was according to the description. Just one thing- please don't choose FedEx as your delivery service. On the day of the (planned) delivery, the delivery person didn't come to my house, but the package was claimed to have undergone an attempt at delivery. I had to go to my local FedEx warehouse myself and talk to the desk (an amazing man called his colleague to make sure he would deliver the package to my house since it was already in the truck). I didn't have this problem with the artbook for which the delivery was free, and was taken care of by DHL express. Overall good experience and amazing products if not for the delivery service. I recommend

I was a little worried that my package was going to come in 6 months, because I’ve seen people saying that theirs came in 6 months…BUT, mine came in less than a month!! And they also came with photocards in the box as well (didn’t add them in the photo but I did receive them) though I do have to say that the shipping is cray cray!! The shipping took an okay amount of time but FedEx was terrible and constantly delayed by package all the way up to 14 day before I finally received updates, I had to contact Harumio to pressure FedEx. Overall Harumio was great and their customer service was well and my package came as promised.
