For Malaysia / Singapore / Philippine / Japan addresses:
Special Line / Door to Door Service
Special Line is a dedicated shipping service according to these regions which allows fast shipping time, no custom tax, and low costs.

For the rest of the world:
FedEx / DHL / EMS / AirParcel
For most of our free shipping products, we use FedEx International Priority.

How long does it take for my order to arrive?
Depending on the products and shipping method, it usually takes about 7 working days to receive your item after you had paid.

How much is the shipping fee?
Free Worldwide Express Shipping for most items.

Shipping fees for some products will be calculated at checkout.

What is your return policy?
Harumio provides a Korea proxy service and thus, all items sold are non-returnable and non-refundable.

What if my items are damaged upon arrival?
Please kindly contact us at support@harum.io and we will try our best to help you out.

Is there any warranty on my purchases?
If your purchases come with a warranty, please claim it with the manufacturer. You may need to ship the product to Korea for repairs.

Do I need to pay custom duties / taxes?
Some countries may have import taxes and they are the customer's responsibility to pay for these taxes (if any).

What if I reject or refuse to sign for the packages?
Customers will be charged a $30 restocking and shipping fees if the packages are rejected for any reason at all.

Can you declare my packages at a certain value?
We are a legitimate registered business in Korea and we operate in accordance to Korean export laws. We do not condone undervaluing/under-declaring the price of the items as that is illegal and will be regarded as smuggling by any countries.

It is cheaper to choose an unregistered shipping service. May I do so?
All our shipping methods come with a tracking number. We strive to provide customers with a better and safer service, so we do not offer services that do not provide any tracking numbers.
