I tasked Harmuio to buy two items. Nowhere on the site’s explanation of how it works does it say that they do not work on the weekends which just so happened to be when I initially asked. The only place where you see this info is the chat support. Neither of my two listings were purchased despite me waiting 4 days to find this info out. I was even in their discord talking with support and they made no attempts at even compensating me for their lack of ability to purchase my items in a timely fashion. What makes things worse is they also refused to try and find a similar listing for me. So I ended up being told to find another listing which for the items I wanted were on the rarer side to find in the first place. I had spend more than 40 hours tracking them down only for that to happen. Even more egregiously, when processing the refund they tried to keep the $10 service fee when they literally did nothing for me. An absolutely awful experience from start to finish. If you see my feedback and are still curious as to if you should use them. I recommend only using them if there’s a high volume of the product you want either wise you are most likely not going to get it.

The order process can be a bit tedious if you have a large customer order and response times could be a lot better. Especially since you need to send the custom order form in, and wait for a response to actually pay for the item before they purchase the products. Other proxy services allow you to pre-pay in full and they purchase items ASAP. Overall still a reliable KR proxy service.

My first time using Harumio and another Korean competitor agent. However, the Harumio is disappointing, in sharp contrast to the other agent. Harumio is very slow to respond to messages, sometimes will take half a day or one day or more. There was once when Harumio responded wrongly, seemed like there were 2 different persons responded, one of them did not know the item is already in the warehouse, whereas the other one already informed item in warehouse plus picture etc The other Korean agent I used will respond almost immediately in minutes. The Rincos delivery service by Harumio is also very slow and disappointing. Took much longer than the other agent who used Fedex, which was very fast and provide prompt updates via emails and messaging. Overall, Harumio pales in comparison with this competitor.

As of date of request for review, I have not received my item. Secondly, the tracking link does not work, so unable to tell where the item is. Finally, I had ordered 2 items but customer service was for a month unable to tell me where one of the items was, despite weekly reminders. They even suggested for me to cancel the order and incur a 30% cancellation charge. However it turns out that the seller had already cancelled the order and refunded harumio the money ! Fantastic service solely with shipping and packaging of items, but the customer service really needs fine-tuning. If you need to buy something that's time-sensitive, you may not get the best results from this proxy service. Customer service was confusing. (Are you supposed to use Discord? Are you supposed to use Email? Both seem to have different levels of information for you regarding your order.) Certain questions were ignored fully, and it felt like I had to contact staff every step of the way to confirm the status of my item as there was zero in the way of communications.
