Ordered early November and delivered early December! Very quick delivery with accurate tracking + the product came in great condition, the only error I found is with Hyuna's mouth not aligning with the lollipop, but other than that the figures were perfect.

Some of them have a few minor misprints (Hyuna's mouth is a little off from where the lollipop is & Mizi's eyes are a little smeared on her eyelash) but it's not really that noticable. Other than that, it was great! The photocards were really nice too

sua's wing got broken in her box but i was able to glue it back on easily enough, and there's one tiny printing issue on the bottom part of her acrylic stand. otherwise no problems at all theyre all super cute and i love them so much. got sua's photo card as the full set bonus funnily enough, she's so cute and pretty

I did get a new till figure! So that was nice! If your wondering where till and Ivan are, they have their own shrine and it’s too big for me to fit them in the frame

The figures are so cute, I love it! Just one wing of Sua is broken and the box was very damaged, but I think it's the delivery men's fault. Other than that, everything arrived well, very nice photocards and the quality of the figures was excellent.

While it took a month to be shipped, it was worth the wait. It's really official merch, every was according to the description. Just one thing- please don't choose FedEx as your delivery service. On the day of the (planned) delivery, the delivery person didn't come to my house, but the package was claimed to have undergone an attempt at delivery. I had to go to my local FedEx warehouse myself and talk to the desk (an amazing man called his colleague to make sure he would deliver the package to my house since it was already in the truck). I didn't have this problem with the artbook for which the delivery was free, and was taken care of by DHL express. Overall good experience and amazing products if not for the delivery service. I recommend

I was a little worried that my package was going to come in 6 months, because I’ve seen people saying that theirs came in 6 months…BUT, mine came in less than a month!! And they also came with photocards in the box as well (didn’t add them in the photo but I did receive them) though I do have to say that the shipping is cray cray!!
